I know that you have installed the rear wheels and driveshaft? I had dinner with the guy I sold an XJ to a few months back. He wants to get rid of it now. It is the cream colored one you saw at my junkyard. It is an 86 model. I can get the XJ for 300 and I m gonna buy it if it has a 999 in it. I'll let you know.

I just bought the XJ for 150.00. It has a 999 in it and a np231. I can quadruple my money on that. Anyway. If the springs are good to you, there yours but you gotta pull em. If I do it, it will be when I can get to it. I am slacking off quite a bit on the Jeeps for a while. I am enjoying my break. I intend to piddle on my jeep (and yours) but I ain't gonna kill myself any more building Jeeps. I have proven to myself that I know Jeeps (CJ's) inside and out.
