Here's just some food for thought:
What do you need to check and what has to be done if you roll your jeep? What are some things that you can look at to decide (once you're flipped back on your tires) whether or not you can crank your jeep back up and keep driving. If you flip and nothing bodily is harmed can you rollover and keep going or is your weekend done with?
Just Curious,

first, check to make sure that your brains are not running out.....if not, yer good. now, on to the jeep.
biggy is the oil level. if you roll, oil runs out. it also runs to the cumbustion chamber (up is down, down is up). it will smoke like a MF. if you roll, shut it off. oil pick-up is at the bottom of the pan.
i would shut it off, roll it over, check oil, brake fluid, power steering, etc. even the water. screw anybody bitchin'. tell 'em to go around. then i would go change the "britches" <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt="Shocked" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: -->

I would say use logic. 1st: Check to see if brains are running out of head, 2nd. Smell to see if anything smells alittle smitty, 3rd: Now this is a biggy, check to see if anyone you know saw you rollover,,, if not crank her up and go.

I wasn't really sure. I rolled my fourwheeler one time and oil got in the air intake. It never ran the same again (and still doesn't). I was curious if that was something I should check, also.

Well, Being the foremost authority in these things , I would have to agree with Gary. Look both ways, make sure the coast is clear and crank in go. It never really happened unless theres witnesses. They can be paid off if it becomes neccesary. Oh, and the most important thing to remember is always preserve that most important comodity,,,,,,BEER........Don't spill it.

I was always told to look for liquid...if there is a puddle under your truck...may want to reconsider crankin it up. Once you crank it up, smell the air and listen to your rig. It will tell you if it's dying. Finally, if you start driving and it doesn't feel right...hang up the keys.

Hence my signature...never expect Greg to worry about you first when you roll in his rig. ;)
ps...it was iced tea...
