so what are we eating? we need to discuss this.

ya'll please be aware, when i said the club provides the saturday night dinner, this is pretty much the driver of the rig. if you have a bunch of folks coming with you to ride, we will need help. there again, not a profit thing, just reality. if you bring one rig, we are looking at $10/driver allowance. if you bring 15 folks.....oh, dammmmittttman. were not cheap, just realists. costs money to eat.

so, if you are bringing multiple people, and you want to eat with the group, please be prepared to contribute.

helen is coming with me, so i'll pay for her to eat. simple.

i was waitin' on E to jump in on that....but no, not that much. more like $5/person. the club is going to handle the driver and one passenger. like i said, not looking to make anything, just don't want to break the bank....

it has never been an issue. we always make it happen.

Yes I feel with the annual dues, and the money for the trip. Every Rig covers two people.

Each additional person would be $5. This covers all hard food. Bring your own drinks.


I think that sounds fair to me. But post up if you dont want guests to eat for $5 with the club.

So adrienne and park you two are completely covered. The four extran people would be $20 total. I think that is a helluva deal. We are not doing it for profit just making sure we can cover all the mouths and we dont want this to get expensive for anyone. Gas will cost enough getting up there.

oh and Kids 12 and under eat free. If you got a beard a gottee or and other facial hair dont come looking for a free meal.

Haha no problem. I'm sure the kiddies can handle that. No one under 12...I'm sure they wouldn't be happy with me callin them that either!! It's only 2 others besides us. $5 is nothing...sure they can handle that...even as broke college students.
